تشرح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع شركة الديار للتنمية والاستثمار (س.ت 1540010)، مُشغّلة منصّة سهل، بياناتك الشخصية وتستخدمها وتحميها، بما يتوافق مع قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية العُماني (المرسوم السلطاني 6/2022).
ما نجمعه
اسم النشاط التجاري، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، كلمة مرور مشفّرة (لا تُخزَّن نصاً)، صورة الملف الشخصي (اختياري)، بيانات خدماتك، وبيانات تقنية محدودة (عنوان IP، وقت الدخول) لأغراض الأمان.
لماذا نجمعها والأساس القانوني
لتقديم الخدمة وتنفيذ عقد الاشتراك، وللتحقق من الهوية والأمان، والامتثال للأنظمة. نعالج بياناتك بناءً على موافقتك ولتنفيذ العقد بيننا.
الدفع
تتم عمليات الدفع بالكامل على صفحات Paymob الآمنة المتوافقة مع PCI-DSS. أرقام البطاقات لا تمرّ عبر خوادمنا؛ نحتفظ فقط برمز آمن (توكن) وآخر أربعة أرقام لتجديد اشتراكك.
مزوّدو الخدمة (معالِجون فرعيون)
Cloudflare (استضافة وقواعد بيانات)، Paymob (الدفع)، Resend (البريد التشغيلي)، Google Fonts (الخطوط). قد تُعالَج بعض البيانات خارج عُمان عبر هؤلاء المزوّدين وفق ضمانات مناسبة.
بيانات عملائك
عند إدخالك بيانات شخصية تخص عملاءك، تكون أنت المتحكّم بها ونحن معالِج نيابةً عنك؛ نستخدمها فقط لتشغيل الخدمة ولا نبيعها أو نستخدمها لأغراضنا.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين المحلي
نستخدم ملف ارتباط واحداً ضرورياً لجلسة الدخول، وتخزيناً محلياً لتفضيلاتك (اللغة، الوضع الليلي). لا نستخدم أي أدوات تتبّع إعلانية.
مدة الحفظ
نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة حسابك ولمدة معقولة بعدها للأغراض القانونية والمحاسبية، ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهّلة الهوية.
حقوقك
لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها والاعتراض على معالجتها وسحب موافقتك. لممارسة أي حق أو تقديم شكوى راسلنا على info@trysahel.com. يمكنك أيضاً التقدّم للجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات في سلطنة عُمان.
الأمان
تُستضاف المنصّة على بنية Cloudflare مع تشفير أثناء النقل (HTTPS)، وتجزئة كلمات المرور (PBKDF2)، وعزل بيانات كل حساب.

This policy explains how AL DIYAR DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT (CR 1540010), operator of the Sahel platform, collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in line with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022).
What we collect
Business name, email, phone number, an encrypted password (never stored in plain text), profile picture (optional), your service data, and limited technical data (IP address, login time) for security.
Why we collect it & legal basis
To provide the Service and perform the subscription contract, for identity and security, and for legal compliance. We process your data based on your consent and to perform our contract with you.
Payments
Payments occur entirely on Paymob's secure, PCI-DSS pages. Card numbers never pass through our servers; we keep only a secure token and the last four digits to renew your subscription.
Service providers (sub-processors)
Cloudflare (hosting & databases), Paymob (payments), Resend (operational email), Google Fonts. Some data may be processed outside Oman via these providers under appropriate safeguards.
Your customers' data
When you enter personal data about your customers, you are the controller and we are a processor acting on your behalf; we use it only to run the Service and never sell it or use it for our own purposes.
Cookies & local storage
We use a single essential cookie for your login session, and local storage for your preferences (language, dark mode). We use no advertising trackers.
Retention
We keep your data for the life of your account and a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right or file a complaint, email info@trysahel.com. You may also contact Oman's competent data-protection authority.
Security
The Platform runs on Cloudflare with encryption in transit (HTTPS), password hashing (PBKDF2), and per-account data isolation.
