الاشتراكات الشهرية
اشتراكات سهل شهرية وتتجدد تلقائياً. تُدفع الرسوم مقدّماً عن كل شهر.
الفترة التجريبية المجانية
عند بدء تجربة مجانية (7 أيام) نخصم مبلغاً رمزياً للتحقق من البطاقة فقط. وعند انتهاء التجربة يُخصم الاشتراك كاملاً تلقائياً ما لم تُلغِ قبل انتهائها.
إذا ألغيت خلال الفترة التجريبية فلن يُخصم مبلغ الاشتراك. أما مبلغ التحقق الرمزي فهو غير قابل للاسترجاع عادةً لأنه يُستخدم للتحقق من صلاحية البطاقة، ويمكنك مراسلتنا لطلب استرجاعه.
الإلغاء
يمكنك إلغاء أي اشتراك في أي وقت من لوحة التحكم. عند الإلغاء تبقى الخدمة فعّالة حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة الحالية، ثم يتوقف التجديد ولا تُخصم رسوم إضافية.
الاسترجاع
الرسوم المدفوعة عن فترة اشتراك بدأت فعلاً غير قابلة للاسترجاع، إذ تصبح الخدمة متاحة لك فور الدفع. لا نُصدر استرداداً جزئياً عن الأيام غير المستخدمة بعد الإلغاء.
الحالات التي نُعيد فيها المبلغ
نُعيد المبلغ كاملاً في حال: خصم مكرّر لنفس الاشتراك، أو خصم بالخطأ نتيجة خلل تقني، أو خصم بعد إلغاء مؤكَّد. تواصل معنا خلال 14 يوماً من الخصم وسنعيد المبلغ إلى بطاقتك الأصلية عبر Paymob بعد التحقق (قد يستغرق ذلك حتى عدة أيام عمل حسب البنك).
عمليات الاسترداد والاعتراضات
عند استرداد مبلغ عن اشتراك يتم إيقاف الوصول إلى الخدمة المرتبطة به. نرجو التواصل معنا قبل فتح نزاع بنكي (chargeback) لنحلّ الأمر مباشرة وبشكل أسرع.

Monthly subscriptions
Sahel subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically. Fees are charged in advance for each month.
Free trial
When you start a 7-day free trial we take only a small card-verification charge. When the trial ends, the full subscription is charged automatically unless you cancel before it ends.
If you cancel during the trial, no subscription charge is taken. The small verification amount is normally non-refundable as it is used to confirm the card is valid — contact us if you would like it refunded.
Cancellation
You may cancel any subscription at any time from your dashboard. On cancellation, the service stays active until the end of the current paid period, then stops renewing with no further charges.
Refunds
Fees for a subscription period that has already started are non-refundable, as the service becomes available to you immediately upon payment. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days after cancellation.
When we do refund
We refund in full for: a duplicate charge for the same subscription, an erroneous charge caused by a technical fault, or a charge made after a confirmed cancellation. Contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund to your original card via Paymob after verification (this may take several business days depending on your bank).
Refunds & disputes
Refunding a subscription stops access to its associated service. Please contact us before opening a bank chargeback so we can resolve it directly and faster.
How to request a refund
Email info@trysahel.com from your registered email, stating the service and the date of the charge.
